Task Options disappear on requests after install of SP10
Hi,
I just installed SP10. I had Version 4.1.0 Build 4108. I noticed after this install that the requests our technicians had already created prior to installing SP10 do not have the Task Options available when opening these requests. I also noticed that any previous requests that were closed do not have these options available. This is a big problem. I need some help on this. Now, I tried creating a new request and these task options came up fine for all new requests. The Task Options are on the left hand side and allow you to do some of the following.
>Edit Request
> Enter Resolution
> Search Solutions
> Assign Technician
> Stop Timer
> Close Request
> Delete this Request
> Copy this Request
> Merge Request
> Print Preview
> Add Notes
> View Requester Details
