I have a new support group that does not want to receive any task notifications. All my other groups want to continue to receive task notifications.
Is there way to stop task email notifications by group or subject line or any other way to stop task notifications from going out? For this new support group I am using task templates so I would know the subject of the task - if that helps in filtering it out.
Hmm could I turn off all the task notifications for everyone and then create 'Custom Triggers - Task' to notify only the groups that want task notifications via custom function or script?
