I see we can Tag a request, BUT......

it requires 'Request Edit' permissions? Why? We want our technicians to be able to add a Tag without being able to edit the entire request. You should add a Tag permission that is a separate permission.

Also- we need to be able to report off of the Tag. When you go to reporting you cannot select the field called ' Tag'...why not?

So, add the tag permission and add the tag field in reporting.

Great that we can Tag - but not great if you cannot report off it or everyone can't add a Tag.
