I use ServiceDesk Plus V14620 and EC V11.2.2335.3 for asset management. I have meeted an issue now. For ease of management, I have added various versions of software such as Anaconda as a software suite (for example, I named it Anaconda (suite)). Afterwards, in the asset module of SDP, I checked the computers on which the anaconda software was installed, and in the software list, the corresponding software will display the name Anaconda (suite). Afterwards, I deleted Anaconda software on a certain computer, and through EC inspection, it was found that the software was no longer displayed in the software assets of that computer, and a record of the software being uninstalled can be seen in the asset history. However, when I returned to SDP again to view the computer software assets, although I could see that EC timely synchronized the asset scanning information and pushed it to SDP, and the same software uninstallation history could be seen in SDP, the software records of Anaconda (suite) would still be displayed in my software assets. This is clearly a flaw, and I would like to know if you can provide some kind of solution.
