Systems showing 0 availability, 10ms response, clear status
I've found sporatic servers with dashboard views of:
Today's availability - all RED Downtime is listed at the current hour
Response time: 10ms (or good response in most cases)
Resource & Service status are all clear
I can't seem to correct the availability status on the dashboard screen. I've tried: Update Status, Clear Status, UnManage / Re-Manage, Shutdown OpManager service and restart.
Have you run into this? I hate to delete the device and lose otherwise good monitors.
