Systems not showing up in Assets in ManageEngine Service Desk

Systems not showing up in Assets in ManageEngine Service Desk

the Desktop central Agent is installed on the system and if I use the troubleshoot feature all tests pass. But when I look in Assets in Service Desk the newly added system is not showing up.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and still the same issue.

any ideas what would cause this issue and how to resolve it?
