system uptime

how to get the system uptime?
when we did custom monitor in that we given the OID: .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0
the result is like this:
Test results The Monitor responded to the test request
Summary
Device Name 192.168.0.5
Monitor Name Uptime-4
Protocol SNMP
OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0
Monitor value 1224067
Units
In the place of system uptime we are getting some miscleneous value "1224067".
please help us
