we have manage engine service desk plus 9.4 Build  9425 
For some laptop assets, While scanning it is swapping automatically between different laptops. 

Following Error_message appears in system log viewer

We tried to uninstall the agent from all problematic machines and install it again.

How can we identify and fix this issue?
