Just a question. We have a bunch of HP Proliant DL140's. We also use ServiceDesk Plus for Help desk etc.... In the assets portion of SDP it correctly identifies the machine as a HP Proliant DL140 but in Desktop Central it only tells me its a rack mount chassis and is built by HP. It does this with all PC/servers.
is there anyway to make Desktop Central act more like SDP in this regard.
Just a nice to have, by no means a show stopper.
