System keeps emailing last assigned job ?
I think someone has tinkered with our system as it was working ok at the beginning of the week. We now have a small issue in that the last assigned request to a certain tech is being emailed every 15 minutes but only during business hours. Any ideas how I can stop this ? He admits to changing some of his views but hasnt changed anything else (dont you love it when that happens!!!)
