System going to Shutdown --- received process interrupt

We are trying to find a suitable monitoring solution for our servers , we have been using the trial hosted version .
Registred the application at : https://ondemand.opmanager.com/login.sas
Product :
ManageEngine™ OpManager OnDemand
OS client Details :
Linux duarte 2.4.21-50.ELsmp #1 SMP Tue May 8 17:18:29 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
We have encountered the following error while installing the probe.
Error :

Problem during shutting down refer logs
Problem occurred during probe start up.If you want to send the logs to OpManaged-OnDemand team,please execute senddebuginfo.sh script file.
