System field "Emails to Notify" should return user name and not user email. When adding someone to this recipients list, users always struggle as they do not recognize colleagues by their mail addressed, which can be something like ABCD124@companymail.com. Results from this list of values should be something like the "Approvers" field, where you return user name rather than user mail.

Field should be still available for having included other mails, manually typed or pasted, in case we'd need to communicate with someone outside company.
