Syslog rule creates an alarm but doesn´t send SMS

Hello all

I have the following issue:

I had configured my syslog rules to capture any failed login, so I went to the notification profile and created a         Modem based SMS Profie for this rule, also I associate the profile with the server.

I generate a failure of login failure, I see the alarm generated in the dashboard but didn´t recieve the sms, I tried with a email profile and it beheaves the same way, when I go to reports and check on Notification profiles triggered I see the notifications succesfuly for both SMS and Mail, how ever I´m not getting a thing.

The extrange thing is that I have other profiles for service down and those work fine sending Mail or SMS or even creating a Ticket in SD.

Have any one crossed before with this issue?
