syslog report problem

Hi

I have problem with the syslog report. It shows empty
syslog viewer show me a fan error and capture event correctly.
I also add other syslog rules to be sure that my event are going to be captured but nothing happen in the report.

I upgrade to the latest version (8721) but nothing changed
I use Ms Sql as database server

did i do something wrong?
