Syslog Monitoring & SNMP v3 Support available now ! Upgrade to OpManager Distributed Edition 7502

OpManager Distributed Edition(DE)  Team is pleased to announce the release of Hotfix 7502  packed with couple of new features,enhancements & issue fixes.Upgrade to this OpManager DE hotfix by following the backup & upgrade instructions by clicking on this LINK.

Hotfix 7502's  NEW Features / Enhancements
  •      Discover & monitor SNMP v3 enabled devices
  •      Syslog monitoring feature is included
  •      Provision to view all the URL monitors using paging component
  •      Quicker Web-client loading due to loading-time optimization
  •      Disk utilization report lists only the selected partitions now
  •      In MS SQL monitoring dashboard, database instances are now sorted
  •      Alarm Escalation rules now include "Attention" severity
and the issues handled are
  1.      Partial entries in Central and Probe database while swapping devices from Switch/ Wireless                                category to another category, is fixed
  2.      Issue of interfaces polled data removed, is fixed
  3.      Data collection not happening when using the Global Credential Setting is fixed
  4.      Site-based filtering in availability report problem, is fixed
  5.      Listing of other site devices in Business View Dashboards, while logging in using site specific user                      account is fixed
  6.      Stray entries in database while deleting a remote probe has been fixed
  7.      Probe deletion leading to error page has been fixed
  8.      The options to set the same threshold and rearm value has been disabled.
  9.      Instead of Object ID, the scheduled reports will now show the display name of the device
  10.      Instead of DeviceName, DeviceDisplayName will be shown while scheduling custom reports and few                    more.
