We need to change the mail keys of an LDAP server with ADSelfService, is it possible?

We have activated the Password Sync module in the ADSelfService panel by configuring the LDAP server parameters but we do not see warnings of expired or blocked users in the ADSelfService information panel,

Do we have to link LDAP with Active directory beforehand or is it not necessary?
