SwitchPortMapper not showing IP and DNS name
I've been evaluating your ManageEngine Oputils3 v. 3.1.4. I'm interested in the Switch Port Mapper. I've tested it using one of our 3Com switches. The first time i did a Switch Port Mapper on the switch (did not key in the router IP) i'm able to see IP addresses and DNS names of the hosts connected to the switch. But when i tried it again after a few hours, its not showing the IP address and DNS names anymore. It only shows the MAC address.
Is there anyway i can force it to take the IP and DNS names from the switch ARP table?
