switchport mapper issue

I recently upgraded to the latest version and now when I go into switch port mapper I get the following error on the screen.

[ServletException in:SPMMainView.cc] Exception occured when trying to find the view configuration for the given view id : SPMScanning'

I also can not put a server into DHCP monitoring. I get the error in the log:

authenticationFailure 4
