Switch Ports Showing as 10Mbps instead of 1Gbps

Switch Ports Showing as 10Mbps instead of 1Gbps

Please could you help me as i have a number of ports showing up as 10mbps instead of 100Mbps/1Gbps?

We are using Cisco switches.
