Switch Ports down not reported on main device

Hi,

I have recently create another installation of OP-Manager on a new server pointing to a backup of the original DB based on the informations taken from this forum (mirror the original system for backup and test purpose). This is needed in order to understand the impact of the migration to v8 for the production environment.

I have enounter an issue with a switch device. I have multiple port down (no cable connetced). In version 7 these are monitored and reports as down. In version 8, the same ports appears in Interfaces tab as DOWN, if i click on one of them the administrative status is UP and operational status is DOWN, BUT the general status of the switch is OK (green), and no allarms are reported.

I have tried to UNMANAGE / MANAGE those ports but these are not reported as throubles and allarms for this switch. I have deleted the switch and readded back, but nothing changed.

Do you have any idea? I would like to migrate the production to version 8 but i cannot until I sort this out. I have 46 switches with almost 1000 interfaces monitored. All other feature looks very nice.
