Switch Port Mapper Works in Oputils 5, but not in OpManager

When we purchased OpManager, it was with the understanding that it comes with switch port mapping capabilities. Having contacted support previously, we were told that although OpManager does not support mapping of 3Com switches now, it will in the future. We have now moved to OpManager 8 and are still unable to map switch ports. We've also tried the switch port mapping in OpUtils 5 which maps the ports without issue (please refer to the screenshots included). When can we expect this feature to function?

Pending this, a temporary license should be issued to us for OpUtils so that we may have the functionality advertised in OpManager.
