Switch Port Mapper Problem

I am trying out OpUtils 4, I tried out 3.2 I liked it a lot 4 is a lot faster and seems more robust. One problem, we don't have routers in our network and before in OpUtils 3.2 I could use a server with SNMP enabled to instead of a router for better MAC address resolution and DNS resolution. However, now even though it says Router/Server (Optional) when I put the server in (same one I used in 3.2) it says Error: Not a Router. Is this just a bug?
