This was once an issue that support was able to resolve, however this has cropped up again. OpManager's Switch Port Mapper does not display MAC address, IP Address or DNS name. Checked that the correct community string was in place, tested to see if this was an issue with the switch being mapped so downloaded OpUtils 5.6 which then mapped that switch correctly. Please assist us in resolving this issue.
