switch port mapper for catalyst 4507R not displaying MAC addresses

I'm running OpUtils Professional 5.8 #58027.

I'm using snmp v2 to perform switch port mapper but some interfaces show up as Used/Up with not mac or ip address displayed. If i go to the CLI of the switch, it is very obvious that both are available ...
