Switch Port Mapper
Hi,
When using Switch Port Mapper tool with cisco switches, mac address field in obtained scans is empty. Even for mac address statically entered in mac address table of switch. I can only see mac addresses learned on trunk ports.
Also, what is the purpose of Search field of Switch Port Mapper tool? For what exactly is this search engine? It would be perfect if there can be entered MAC address and as a result obtained switch and port on which this address is learned. In search should be included all entered switches in Switch Port Mapper tool.
