Switch Port Alert Craziness
I have read a couple of other threads from 2006 but haven't been able to find an answer. How does one make it to where Opmanager doesn't let me know everytime a port goes up and down? (this is for the opmanager software....as I do not have it setup to email me or sms me alerts yet.) I am tired of logging into the interface and seeing that the same ports are down...mainly because I don't use them.
I want to be able to see traffic on live ports and be able to tell if a port is up or down on the switch specific page but I don't want it to think it is an alert.
