Switch from windows to linux

I have now running PMP on my windows desktop (free version). I have now a linux machine and want to move the PMP to Linux. I already tried to use "export all passwords" and then import them in linux but not all passwords are transferred. Now I get 1 big list of passwords (missing 75 resources).
Is there a way that I can convert the Windows PMP DB to Linux PMP DB? I have about 250 passwords, I really hate the idea to put them in manually....
