Surveys sent out using internal IP and not public URL...
Hello there,
I have set the public URL to "helpdesk.domain.com" but the surveys get sent out to dozens of outside requestors in the form of "192.168.0.XX" which means those on the outside of our LAN cannot submit their survey responses.
I wonder why it is asking for the public URL if it's not used?
P.S. Your product is awesome! I spent over two weeks searching for a Windows service-based helpdesk product, including PHP and Perl scripts using MySQL, and NONE worked as easily or as full-featured as yours; especially the email request polling/generation, this was a must per management. Thank you! We are looking to license it Q1 2006, it is in the budget, for now we are using the free version.
