We are currently using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (please see version details below), and we would like to automatically assign a full satisfaction score (e.g., 5/5) in cases where the end user does not respond to a survey within a specified period (e.g., 7 days).
Could you please advise:
Whether this feature is available in our current version?
If not, is there a supported workaround such as using a script or API to auto-submit the survey with a default score?
