Hello, 

I have 2 questions about the survey module:

- is it possible to include the survey in the "close request" form ? I want to avoid the user to get 2 email when a request is solved (currently: one for closing the request + one for the survey)

- In the survey email (default settings) there is no link.. any idea how to solve this ?
