Hi

We are trying to enable surveys and we have a number of issues:

1. Creating a Request-based survey using the default settings creates a link full of HTML code that does not work at all when it emails the user. They click the link, but nothing happens

2. If I paste the HTML code into notepad and extract the URL, that works

3. Typing in $SurveyLink does not make the variable clickable. It just appears as plaintext "$SurveyLink"

Can you please assist?
