I accidentally deleted the survey buttons from the bottom of our ticket-closure notification.
Re-adding the $SurveyContent variable does not bring the "Satisfied" and "Not Satisfied" buttons back, therefore my users cannot complete a survey.
In addition, when I did have the 2 buttons, they didn't work properly. I was trying to fix them when I accidentally deleted them.
Even though there are 2 buttons, they do the same thing, which is to take you to the Survey web page. You then have to choose Satisfied or Not Satisfied. Therefore there is no reason to have 2 buttons on the email notification. It should just be a single "Take a Survey" button that links to the survey page.
