survey to 50% users of one Instance or all Users!
We have two Instances, Instance 1 has 30 users and Instance 2 has 30 users, which means a total of 60 users for both.
When we put a survey in Instance 2 that is sent based on 50% of its users, it sends the survey to 30 all people, that means 15 people from Instance 1 and 15 people from Instance 2
In other words, it sends the survey to 50% of all users, not to Instance 2 users!
I think This is usually a bug!
