Survey Settings on Servicedesk manager Plus
Hi there i am using version 9.3 Build 9309 of Service desk plus
I am trying to set up a survey to be sent to users when a request is closed however as shown below the URL is coming back with a 404 error
Is there anything i need to do to resolve this?
Where is URL for the survey?
I have also tried $SurveyLink in the URL but this takes me to the home page.
Please help.
