One of our sites is requesting some survey features and functions and I have been trialing the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud\Zoho Survey integration as a result.  Has anyone had any luck with including the invitation to take the survey in the closure notification that requesters get when their request is closed?  When we were using on-premise Manage Engine this was possibly by using the $SurveyContent variable.  I have not been able to duplicate that in the ondemand version of ServiceDesk Plus.

The perfect solution would be to include the survey like a CSAT (the images of the emojis or stars in the closure notification itself that the customer can click to go to the survey page).  I have found a way to do that using the inline mail function of Zoho survey but embedding HTML into SDP Cloud reply/resolution/notification templates is not yet an option.
