1. I know in the survey settings there is not a way to pick a specific closed service request and send them a survey. Is there a way to not send out a survey to all closed tickets and let the helpdesk send them out on a individual basis?

2. Is there anyway when I send a survey out I can include the users description in the summary so the user remembers the service ticket?
