Hello everybody,

the survey is not that good documented in the help. It's good documented but there are some things missing.

Send survey after each closed ticket is clear.

Send survey after x requests from a requester are closed :
* when is this mail being sent ? The moment their ticket is closed ?
* what if they already reached that number ? Will they even receive a survey ? (user created already 10 tickets and we say after 5 tickets)
* Do they receive after this number each closed ticket a mail ?

Send survey after x requests are closed :
* Do they only receive this after a completed request ?
* Do they receive it only once ? Or each closed ticket while survey is running ?

General :

What happens with the historical results ?
Let's say that we create a new survey in future with other questions ? Can we keep the results ? will it be possible to separate them ? Can we remove older surveys ?
