the survey is not that good documented in the help. It's good documented but there are some things missing.
Send survey after each closed ticket is clear.
Send survey after x requests from a requester are closed : * when is this mail being sent ? The moment their ticket is closed ? * what if they already reached that number ? Will they even receive a survey ? (user created already 10 tickets and we say after 5 tickets) * Do they receive after this number each closed ticket a mail ?
Send survey after x requests are closed : * Do they only receive this after a completed request ? * Do they receive it only once ? Or each closed ticket while survey is running ?
General :
What happens with the historical results ? Let's say that we create a new survey in future with other questions ? Can we keep the results ? will it be possible to separate them ? Can we remove older surveys ?
