SupportCenter Service Pack - 5030 now available...!!!

The eagerly awaited Service Pack (5030) is now available .... !!!

We know that it has been a long wait for you all. We promised this long back. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
We have tried our best to bring in as many features & fixes as possible within this time span. We have revamped the whole reporting module for making it easier for customers to extract data using simple user interface. The request view page has been redesigned for space conservation. Hope you will like it.
Despite all this, there are items that we tried to include but had to drop because we had to wind up in time. These would be taken up down the line.
Regarding the upgrade, we have tested it over & over again to make the whole process smooth. In fact, we upgraded the live SupportCenter server we are using (for our customers) with the service pack even before uploading it. But since this is not an ideal world, we STRONGLY recommend you to take a backup of the data before proceeding with the upgrade.
Pls try it out & send in your feedback. We look forward to it. It is what keeps us going.
