SupportCenter 7 released...!!!

SupportCenter 7.0 is released...!!
Thanks for your patience during the last few weeks. We know many of you were waiting for this build for a long time now. We could not release it earlier due of some critical issues that appeared in the very last minute.
We thank everybody for their inputs they provided for the release.
Now, for the details.
The list of features/issues addressed in 7.0 :

Here are some IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS for 7.0 :
* Please take a BACKUP of SupportCenter before the migration. This is very important because in case of any issues, it would help us to restore the original setup. Procedure for taking the backup :
In Windows : Start -> Programs -> AdventNet ManageEngine SupportCenter -> Backup Data
In Linux :
cd <SupportCenter_Home>/bin
sh backupData.sh
* In 7.0, the working of SLA has undergone a major change. So, once the upgrade is complete, please re-check the SLA section and configure it to suit your needs. Please check the following link for more details :

* The BROWSER CACHE has to be cleared after migration for the pages to work correctly.

Outlook plug-in is also available at the above URL. Customers having issues with the synchronization module please download & install it.
