Support Team Having Issues?

I'm posting this here because I placed a support request via the website 2 days ago, and left a voice mail with Support yesterday and have yet to receive a reply.

We had an errant backup fill the hard drive on the server running OpManager. OpManager is not starting automatically, and when I attempt to launch it manually via 'StartOpManagerServer.bat' I receive the following error:

Both petinfo.dat and product.dat are present in the classes folder, so I'm wondering if either these files are corrupt or if they are missing from the path when the server attempts to start (not sure how to check the latter). Or the license file is corrupt. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This is OpManager Premium Version 8 running on Windows Server 2003 SP2.
