Support service complaint
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Surapong Termphantunun who works for Bridge Business College which is in Sydney, Australia. I am using your trial network monitoring software which is OpManager. Today, I am writing to complain that I have been waiting your reply email which is about OpManager software for a week. I expect to complete setting up and configuring the software as soon as possible, but I still have a difficult setup with my production. I sent a couple of emails to find out what to configure the software to suit the system environment. Now the software will be expired in 3 days. Pleas tell me the best option for me.
