Bloated memory usage. It appears there is a serious memory leak within the application. Just doing simple things such as setting up scheduled patch configurations causes the java.exe runtime to exceed 207MB of memory usage. This is terrible as many large scale e-commerce applications don't even need this much memory and considering this is a simple website it's even worse.
