Support Request

We are having issues with updates being sent to the machines and run and after performing the update, the machine still reports that the update is missing. This has been tested several times and has failed every time. The update we are currently having an issue with is

PatchName : WindowsXP-KB920872-x86-ENU.exe

Is this normal to have all the problems we are having with this tool? It almost seems easier to just install the updates ourselves without the use of this tool.
