Support rep's cost per hour
When adding a time entry I always see Cost per Incident. However with one special request while adding the time entry I saw Support Rep's Cost Per Hour instead of Cost Per Incident.
Is there a way to configure so that always Support Rep's Cost Per Hour is listed at the time entry form?
