Support, please let us know the resolution of issues you fix.

When a user asks a question here and you tell them to submit logs how about following up in the thread with what the fix was?

I can't count how many times I've had an issue that was posted about before here in the community and all I see from you is "Please submit your logs" and no reply for the rest of us on how the problem was resolved.
