Support Groups - moving them to default
We appear to have have created a Support Group that appears for one of our sites but not in the DEFAULT SETTINGS.
Is it possible to include this in the default as we want to use it for other sites.
We have tried to delete it to start again, but SD+ won't let us delete it.
Has anybody got a solution please?
