Support for iPad

Support for iPad

I like using ServiceDesk Plus on my iPad however it pops up with an error that Mozilla 3.1 is not supported whenever I try to reply to a ticket.  It would be great if support for iPad's Safari browser was included.  The iPad, iPhone is a great tool and this compatiblity would allow for use of SeriveDesk anywhere I am and to get work done on my iPad.
 
If this is already there then why wouldn't it be working when I try to reply to a ticket on my iPad?
