Support for DST and Non-Security patches included

ManageEngine Desktop Central supports Microsoft's DST (Daylight Saving Time) patch. It is made available through the hotfix available in the below given URL

Important : It has to be installed on Service Pack 4. Service Pack 4 is available in the website.

Instructions to Apply Service Pack/HotFix

1. Shut down Desktop Central.
2. Execute the UpdateManager.bat, from <Desktop Central_Home>/bin directory.
3. Click "Browse" and select the .PPM file that you have downloaded.
4. Click "Install" to install the service pack/hotfix. This may take few minutes depending on the amount of data that needs to be migrated.
5. Wait until the service pack is fully installed.
6. Click "Close" and then click "Exit" to exit the Update Manager tool.
7. Start the Desktop Central.










Additionally this hotfix will also support Non-Security patches update from Microsoft.
