Just wondering if anyone else would like to see a Service Catalog feature added to Support Centre Plus.

My company is a Payroll Outsourcing company and we use SCP to support our clients general enquiries, but also process their requests in terms of changes to the way we service their Payroll needs. Would be great if we could choose a service and have a pre-defined check-list attached or action.
