I have been tasked with finding a service desk software product for my company. We adopt a business to business  support model. My company supports both I.T items as well as other products (manufacturing items).


I came across Support Centre Plus and I was wondering what you users think of the product and what your feel generally is? It would be good to hear opinions from some users.
